User agreement

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This user agreement applies to all users who register for and use MUTIC DIY, including organizers and attendees. This agreement is between you and IMUSIC TICKET LIMITED ("we"). By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

1. Scope

This agreement, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other rules published on the platform, forms the complete legal framework for your use of MUTIC DIY.

If different documents conflict, the more specific, updated, and valid rule shall prevail.

2. Account and identity

You should have full legal capacity; if not, use the platform with guardian consent and supervision.

Each user must register with their own genuine information and must not bulk-register maliciously, impersonate others, or trade accounts.

3. Organizer obligations

Organizers must ensure events are lawful and compliant, and accurately disclose time, location, fees, capacity, refund rules, and change policies.

Organizers must fulfil notification, on-site management, check-in, and after-sales obligations and must not cancel without cause or mislead attendees.

Organizers acknowledge that the platform may review, remove, or restrict events suspected of violating rules.

Attendees can cancel a registration themselves before the event starts, from My Tickets or My Orders: a free registration releases the seat; for paid tickets the amount less the platform service fee is returned to the original payment method, and timing depends on the payment provider. Tickets cannot be refunded once the event has started or the ticket has been checked in. Organizers can refund a single registration before the event ends, or cancel the whole event through the cancellation process (also less the platform fee); order and payment records are kept.

4. Attendee obligations

Attendees should confirm that their schedule, health, age, and other conditions meet event requirements before registering.

Attendees must follow on-site order and must not disrupt the event or infringe others' lawful rights.

Tickets are for the holder or permitted transferees under event rules; resale, forgery, or malicious seat hoarding is prohibited.

5. Payment, refunds, and disputes

For paid events, you must pay according to the price and rules displayed. After successful payment, platform records govern order details.

Refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations follow the event detail page and platform refund policy; organizers and attendees should resolve disputes amicably and lawfully.

If a dispute arises, contact the platform for assistance first; legal remedies remain available where appropriate.

Withdrawal requests require manual platform review. They may be cancelled only while awaiting review. Once approved and locked for payout, they cannot be cancelled; payouts are made by bank transfer. Unresolved refunds, disputes or account debt block new withdrawals. Locked payouts and subsequent refund debt are recorded separately; organizers remain responsible for repaying any shortfall.

6. Enforcement

For false information, fraudulent orders, IP infringement, harassment, or other violations, we may restrict, freeze, or terminate services.

If your violation causes loss to the platform or third parties, you may be liable for compensation.

7. Updates and contact

We may update this agreement based on business and legal requirements and notify you through platform announcements or other reasonable means.
