Terms of service

MUTIC DIY provides event listing, online registration, ticketing, order processing, and related technical support.

We may change, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue services as needed and will notify users in a reasonable manner.

You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate information.

Your account is for your own use. Keep your credentials secure and remain responsible for actions taken under your account. Contact us immediately if you notice anything unusual.

You must not use the platform to publish illegal, infringing, false, fraudulent, harassing, violent, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content.

You must not interfere with normal platform operation, access systems without authorization, scrape data, or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other users.

If you violate these Terms, we may warn you, restrict features, remove events, or suspend your account.

Organizers must ensure event information is truthful and lawful and that they have the capacity to deliver the event.

Attendees should read event time, location, fees, refund rules, and other details before registering and participate as agreed.

Payment, refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations are governed by the rules shown on the event page and the refund policy in effect at the time.

Pricing, payment methods, order confirmation, e-ticket delivery, refunds and dispute handling for paid events are set out in the Ticket policy, which you must read and accept before paying.

Attendees can cancel a registration themselves before the event starts, from My Tickets or My Orders: a free registration releases the seat; for paid tickets the amount less the platform service fee is returned to the original payment method, and timing depends on the payment provider. Tickets cannot be refunded once the event has started or the ticket has been checked in. Organizers can refund a single registration before the event ends, or cancel the whole event through the cancellation process (also less the platform fee); order and payment records are kept.

Software, interface design, trademarks, copy, and other content on the platform belong to IMUSIC TICKET LIMITED or the respective rights holders.

For content you upload, you warrant that you have the necessary rights; you grant the platform a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use it for service delivery.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

For offline conduct between organizers and attendees, event quality, or personal or property harm, the platform is liable only to the extent required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

We may revise these Terms from time to time and publish the updated version on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may terminate services if you materially breach these Terms.
