Privacy policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

IMUSIC TICKET LIMITED ("we") operates the MUTIC DIY platform and values your privacy and personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information: such as email address, display name, avatar, login credentials, and profile details you choose to provide.

Event and transaction information: such as events you create or register for, orders, tickets, payment status, check-in records, and related communications.

Device and log information: such as browser type, access time, IP address, operation logs, and technical data needed for security and stable operation.

Content you submit: such as feedback, support requests, event descriptions, images, and other materials you upload.

2. How we use information

To provide and maintain platform services, including sign-in, event publishing, registration, order management, notifications, and check-in.

To protect account and transaction security, including authentication, risk control, troubleshooting, and service improvement.

To send important service-related notices where permitted by law or with your consent.

To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from regulators, courts, or law enforcement.

3. Sharing and disclosure

To complete registration or purchase, necessary information may be shared with the relevant organizer, such as your name, contact details, or ticket information.

We may share data with payment, cloud, email, analytics, AI model, and other service providers where necessary, and require them to process data only for the intended purpose.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect significant interests of users or the public, or in emergency security situations.

4. AI features

The platform offers optional AI features, including AI event drafting (you can upload an event poster for the AI to read), AI translation of event content, AI promotional copy, AI data insights, the attendee Q&A assistant, the organizer AI assistant, and similar assistive features we may add later (such as reply drafts, FAQ summaries and field suggestions). None of these features is required; you can do the same things manually without AI.

When you use an AI feature, we only send the data needed for that request to the AI model, such as the instructions you type or the poster image you upload, event content like the title, description, time, venue and ticket types, and aggregate figures such as registration and check-in counts. We do not send your password or payment details. The attendee Q&A assistant only sends the event's information, notes provided by the organizer, the asking attendee's own question and the latest few messages in that conversation, and that attendee's own ticket and cancellation status; it does not send other attendees' personal data.

AI requests are routed through the third-party service OpenRouter to model providers. The models currently in use include Alibaba Cloud's Qwen, Google's Gemini and Anthropic's Claude (which may run on its cloud partners' infrastructure); the specific models may change as the service evolves, and these providers may be located outside Hong Kong. On every request we enable OpenRouter's no-data-collection setting (data collection: deny), so requests are routed only to providers that do not use request content to train models, so the data you submit through AI features is not used to train AI models.

To control cost and prevent abuse, AI features have daily usage limits per user and across the platform; once a limit is reached, the feature pauses until the next day. Organizers can turn off the attendee Q&A assistant for each event in event management, in which case attendee questions go straight to the organizer; attendees can also switch the conversation to a human so the organizer replies instead.

AI-generated content (such as event drafts, translations, copy, data insights and the assistant's action previews) may be inaccurate or incomplete and is for reference only. AI never changes your event or sends notifications on its own: drafts, translations and copy take effect only after you review and save them, and organizer AI assistant actions run only after you review the preview and tap "Confirm and run". Answers from the attendee Q&A assistant are labelled as automatic AI replies; if in doubt, rely on the organizer's response.

We log usage metadata for each AI request (account, feature, model, token counts, cost, duration and whether it succeeded) for quota control, cost tracking and troubleshooting; these logs do not contain your prompts or the AI-generated content. Only results you choose to save (such as saved event content or notifications you send), and replies the attendee Q&A assistant posts in a conversation, are stored in your account or the related event conversation like other platform content.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to maintain sign-in state, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve the product.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if you do so.

6. Storage and security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage is completely secure—please keep your account credentials safe.

The whole site runs over HTTPS (TLS). Payments are processed by licensed payment providers and the platform does not store your full card details.

7. Your rights

Where applicable law allows, you may access, correct, supplement, or delete your personal information, withdraw certain consents, or close your account.

To exercise these rights, email diy@mutic.ai. We will handle your request within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Minors

If you are a minor, please use the platform under the guidance of a guardian. We recommend obtaining guardian consent before registering or paying.

If we learn that we have collected a minor's information without guardian consent, we will delete it or take other compliant measures promptly.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this privacy policy from time to time and publish the effective date on the platform. For material changes, we will notify you in a reasonable manner.
