About us

Through the MUTIC DIY platform, IMUSIC TICKET LIMITED aims to make hosting and joining events simpler, clearer, and more reliable. Whether you want to run a small meetup, market, or live show—or find something interesting nearby—you can do it here.

We connect organizers and attendees through a straightforward product experience, so discovering events feels as easy as creating them.

For organizers, MUTIC DIY provides tools for event creation, ticketing, registration management, check-in, and basic analytics. For attendees, we offer event discovery, online registration, and order and ticket management.

Features may evolve as the product improves; the services available on the website at any given time shall prevail.

Organizers: individuals, teams, organizations, or brands may publish events in compliance with platform rules and applicable laws.

Attendees: browse event information, register, and participate on time.

MUTIC DIY acts as a platform for information and transactions; specific event content, on-site delivery, and after-sales arrangements are primarily the responsibility of organizers.

Authenticity: we encourage clear and accurate event information to reduce information gaps.

Friendliness: we care about usability and attendee experience, keeping registration and check-in as smooth as possible.

Responsibility: within the scope of our rules, we strive to protect user rights and platform order.

For partnerships, media enquiries, product feedback, or platform-related matters, email us at diy@mutic.ai and we will respond as soon as we can.

Thank you for choosing MUTIC DIY—we look forward to building more gatherings worth looking forward to, together with you.
